Consumption for 0,5 mm layer to 0.5 l/m².
The surface to be treated is dry, humidity up to 80 %, t° 5 °C to 50 °C.
Pre-clean loose rust, dust, and grease. It recommended to pre-cover the porous surface with an acrylic primer.
NB! Not suitable for surfaces covered with nitro-based primers and enamels. Application by brush, roller, or airless sprayer (high-pressure spray machine). Soluble in water.

At least 2 layers are recommended.
Drying time of 1 layer t° +20 °C 1 to 4 h, ready for use 24 h.
Store in an unopened factory container at 5 °C to 45 °C, for shelf life, see the label.
When opened, to be used immediately.

UV-resistant and elastic, good adhesion, weather and corrosion resistance, resistant to mechanical damage, temperature resistance (-50 °C to +120 °C, short-term to +140 °C). Contains corrosion inhibitors and rust modifiers, and rust-resistant pigments.

Areas of applications: protection for interior and exterior surfaces of or with metal (various metals and alloys) but also reinforced concrete, other mineral surfaces, wood and plastic metal parts rust protection.

Composition: nanotechnological base material, fillers and binders, technological additional components, pigments. Additional technological components zinc phosphate CAS 7779-90-0, calcium carbonate CAS 471-34-1 and polyethylene wax CAS 9002-88-4.

Prolonged exposure causes skin and eye irritation, respiratory distress if swallowed. Product is long-term, hazardous to aquatic life.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing and ingestion. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.

Use personal protective equipment and prevent product from entering a body of water.

EU VOC content (subtype WB/a) 30 g/l, product maximum VOC 0.5 g/l.
Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations.
